Obiettivi formativi | Il Corso ha come obiettivo l’analisi e la comprensione del quadro istituzionale e regolamentare dell’attività di impresa e dei contratti del settore turistico, nonché il consolidamento degli strumenti metodologici e delle conoscenze di base degli istituti di Diritto commerciale connessi all’attività delle imprese turistiche. |
Prerequisiti | Per affrontare i contenuti dell’insegnamento è opportuno che lo studente abbia acquisito conoscenza degli istituti principali del Diritto privato (spec. obbligazioni e contratti); degli istituti principali del Diritto commerciale (spec. impresa, impresa commerciale, società di capitali, in particolare società per azioni). |
Metodologie didattiche | Lezioni frontali (60% ca. delle ore previste), esercitazioni (20% ca.), anche in modalità a distanza, attività seminariali, analisi di casi pratici e giurisprudenziali, lavori di gruppo (circa 20% ca.). |
Metodi di valutazione | La valutazione dello studente prevede una prova orale o scritta articolata in quesiti attinenti ai profili indicati nella sezione “Contenuti” sopra riportata. |

Course objectives | The course aims to analyse and understand the institutional and regulatory framework of business activity and contracts in the tourism sector, as well as to consolidate the methodological tools and basic knowledge of the institutes of commercial law related to the activity of tourism businesses. |
Prerequisites | To address the study of the course contents it is important that the student has acquired knowledge of the main institutions of private law (in particular, obligations and contracts) and commercial law (in particular, business, commercial enterprise, corporations, companies shares). |
Teaching methods | Lectures (about 60% of the scheduled hours), exercises (approx. 20%), also in remote mode, seminar activities, case law analysis, work group (about 20% approx.). |
Evaluation methods | Student assessment involves an oral or written test consisting of questions relating to the profiles indicated in the "Contents" section above. |
Other information | Supplementary readings or any alternative programmes may be agreed directly with the lecturer on the basis of individual or collective interests and training needs that emerge during the lessons. |
