    Il corso analizza la fiscalità del comparto turistico.
    Nello specifico, sarannno affrontate le seguenti tematiche:
    - la leva fiscale per il turismo;
    - i tributi turistici di natura ambientale;
    - le imposte di scopo;
    - l'imposta di soggiorno;
    - il fisco per le imprese agrituristiche;
    - la “tassa Airbnb”;
    - la fiscalità della "casa per vacanze";
    - le misure a sostegno dell’offerta turistica;
    - il bonus ristrutturazioni;
    - il bonus facciate;
    - profili d'interesse tributario dell'impresa balneare sul demanio marittimo;
    - la tassa di ancoraggio;
    - la tassa portuale;
    - l'imposta di sbarco;
    - la fiscalità delle ZES:;
    - l'Iva e le attività turistiche;
    - il tax free shopping;
    - le agevolazioni fiscali per le startup del turismo;
    - il contrasto all'evasione fiscale nel settore turistico.

    Obiettivi formativi

    Al termine del percorso didattico, gli studenti dovanno conseguire i seguenti risultati:
    a. Conoscenza e capacità di comprensione.
    Dimostrare di conoscere gli argomenti trattati durante le lezioni, nonchè indicati nel programma esteso, oltre a possedere la capacità di comprenderne gli aspetti basilari, mostrando un'autonomia nel ragionamento logico-giuridico, conforme al livello di studio.
    In particolare, i discenti dovranno conoscere i tributi ele misure di favor fiscale delinaeti per il comparto.
    b. Conoscenza e capacità di comprensione applicate.
    Gli studenti dovranno mostrare di aver acquisito la capacità comprendere le conoscenze diffuse nel corso delle lezioni, anche affrontandone le problematiche, oltre che competenze adeguate a sostenere le argomentazioni a supporto.
    c. Autonomia di giudizio.
    Gli studenti sapranno articolare criticamente le conoscenze acquisite e sapranno formulare valutazioni interpretative di carattere giuridico sugli argomenti trattati dalla docente. L’autonomia di giudizio potrà consentire loro di interpretare a un livello accettabile le discipline esaminate, valutando anche gli effetti che producono nel sistema finanziario.
    d. Abilità comunicative.
    Gli studenti sapranno comunicare le nozioni acquisite esaurientemente e con una proprietà di linguaggio adeguata.
    e. Capacità di apprendere
    Gli studenti sapranno dimostrare di avere appreso le norme e le interpretazioni che preesiedono e regolano il settore, nonchè il grado della riferibile interazione con la disciplina UE. Ciò consentirà loro di proseguire gli studi autonomamente e consapevolmente.

    Metodologie didattiche

    Le lezioni sono impartite frontalmente.

    Metodi di valutazione

    La verifica dell’apprendimento avviene attraverso un colloquio finalizzato ad accertare il livello di conoscenza raggiunto dal candidato sugli argomenti del programma trattati nel corso delle lezioni. Si valuta, peraltro, il livello di padronanza acquisito rispetto al linguaggio specialistico della materia, nonché la capacità di saper sviluppare un ragionamento che coniughi l'applicazione delle conoscenze teoriche a casi concreti, di cui sie ne propone l'analisi.
    Il candidato che non riesca a raggiungere alcuno dei risultati indicati negli “Obiettivi formativi” non supererà la prova di esame.
    La valutazione avviene sulla base dei seguenti criteri:
    - votazione da 18 a 21: il candidato dimostra un livello sufficiente di preparazione in termini di conoscenza e comprensione della materia, così come una sufficiente capacità di analisi e interpretazione dei dati normativi e giurisprudenziali. Al contempo, il candidato dimostra una capacità sufficiente nel restituire le conoscenze acquisite, rendendole in forma chiara, lineare e ragionata.
    - Votazione da 22 a 24: il candidato dimostra un livello pienamente sufficiente di preparazione in termini di conoscenza e comprensione della materia, di capacità analitica e interpretativa dei dati normativi e giurisprudenziali e di restituzione delle conoscenze acquisite.
    - Votazione da 25 a 26: il candidato dimostra un buon livello di preparazione in termini di conoscenza e comprensione della disciplina, di capacità di analisi e interpretazione dei dati normativi e giurisprudenziali, di capacità nel restituire le conoscenze acquisite in forma chiara, lineare e ragionata.
    - Votazione da 27 a 29: il candidato dimostra un livello molto buono di preparazione in termini di conoscenza e comprensione della disciplina, di capacità di analisi e d’interpretazione dei dati normativi e giurisprudenziali, di capacità nel restituire le competenze acquisite in forma chiara, lineare e ragionata.
    - Votazione da 30 a 30 e lode: il candidato dimostra un eccellente livello di preparazione, in termini di conoscenza e comprensione della disciplina, di capacità analitica e interpretativa dei dati normativi e giurisprudenziali, di restituzione delle competenze acquisite in forma chiara, lineare e ragionata.

    The course analyzes the taxation of the tourism sector.
    Specifically, the following issues will be addressed:

    Course objectives

    At the end of the educational path, students must achieve the following results:
    to. Knowledge and understanding.
    Demonstrate knowledge of the topics covered during the lessons, as well as indicated in the extended program, as well as possess the ability to understand the basic aspects, showing autonomy in logical-legal reasoning, in accordance with the level of study.

    Students will be able to critically articulate the acquired knowledge and will be able to formulate interpretative judgments of a legal nature on the topics covered by the teacher. The autonomy of judgment will allow them to interpret the disciplines examined at an acceptable level, also evaluating the effects they produce in the financial system.
    d. Communication skills.
    Students will be able to communicate the notions acquired comprehensively and with adequate language properties.
    And. Ability to learn
    Students will be able to demonstrate that they have learned the rules and interpretations that pre-exist and regulate the sector, as well as the degree of referable interaction with the EU discipline. This will allow them to continue their studies independently and consciously.

    Teaching methods

    The lessons are taught frontally.

    Evaluation methods

    Verification of learning takes place through an interview aimed at ascertaining the level of knowledge reached by the candidate on the program topics covered during the lessons. Moreover, the level of mastery acquired with respect to the specialized language of the subject is assessed, as well as the ability to know how to develop a reasoning that combines the application of theoretical knowledge to concrete cases, whose analysis is proposed.
    The candidate who fails to achieve any of the results indicated in the "Educational objectives" will not pass the exam.
    The evaluation takes place on the basis of the following criteria:
    - marks from 18 to 21: the candidate demonstrates a sufficient level of preparation in terms of knowledge and understanding of the subject, as well as a sufficient ability to analyze and interpret regulatory and jurisprudential data. At the same time, the candidate demonstrates a sufficient ability to return the acquired knowledge, making it clear, linear and reasoned.
    - Score from 22 to 24: the candidate demonstrates a fully sufficient level of preparation in terms of knowledge and understanding of the subject, of analytical and interpretative capacity of normative and jurisprudential data and of restitution of acquired knowledge.
    - Score from 25 to 26: the candidate demonstrates a good level of preparation in terms of knowledge and understanding of the discipline, ability to analyze and interpret regulatory and jurisprudential data, ability to return the knowledge acquired in a clear, linear and reasoned form .
    - Score from 27 to 29: the candidate demonstrates a very good level of preparation in terms of knowledge and understanding of the discipline, ability to analyze and interpret regulatory and jurisprudential data, ability to return the skills acquired in a clear form, linear and reasoned.
    - Marks from 30 to 30 cum laude: the candidate demonstrates an excellent level of preparation, in terms of knowledge and understanding of the discipline, of analytical and interpretative ability of regulatory and jurisprudential data, of restitution of the skills acquired in a clear, linear and reasoned way.
