Obiettivi formativi | 1) Conoscenza e capacità di comprensione (knowledge and understanding). |
Prerequisiti | All’inizio delle attività lo studente deve avere una formazione di cultura generale tale da poter affrontare lo studio delle problematiche giuridiche in un contesto italiano e internazionale. Non sonorichiestepropedeuticità. |
Metodologie didattiche | Il modulo di Diritto pubblico attribuisce 6 CFU e prevede 36 ore di didattica frontale. |
Metodi di valutazione | La valutazione del candidato avviene mediante colloquio orale con punteggio in trentesimi. Per il superamento con sufficienza (18/30) dell’esame è richiesto il soddisfacimento dei requisiti di cui alla sezione “Obiettivi formativi”, ossia l’aver acquisito conoscenza e capacità di comprensione (knowledge and understanding), al fine di applicare le conoscenze relative agli istituti giuridici del diritto pubblico italiano e comparato. |

Contents | The course of Italian and Comparative Public Law is an Integrated Course, organised in two modules: |
Textbook and course materials | For Public Law module: |
Course objectives | 1) Knowledge and understanding |
Prerequisites | At the beginning of the course the student must have a good level of general education such as to be able to face the study of legal problems in an Italian and international context. |
Teaching methods | Public Law module assigns 6 CFU and includes 36 hours of frontal teaching.Comparative Public Law module assigns 4 CFU and includes 24 hours of frontal teaching. |
Evaluation methods | The evaluation of the candidate will be held through an oral interview for which the score is expressed in grades from 1 to 30. The minimum score to pass the exam is 18/30. To get a passing grade the student has to demonstrate that he/she has reached the "Training objectives", i.e. the student must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the exam programme, in order to apply it relating to the legal institutions of Italian public and comparative law. |
Other information | During the lectures and seminars, the Professor can use slides and other multimedia and /or audio-visual materials as didactic support. |
