Programma del corso | Argomenti grammaticali fondamentali (per gli studenti principianti): alfabeto; determinazione; il nome (sostantivi e aggettivi): declinazione, genere, numero; pronomi personali; dimostrativi; stato costrutto; frase nominale; frase verbale e verbi trilitteri regolari; modi di rendere il verbo “avere”; numerali e particelle interrogative; il verbo “kāna” e “le sue sorelle”; numerali; pronomi interrogativi; pronomi relativi e frase relativa; introduzione alle forme derivate del verbo (CFU 3). |

Teaching language | Italian and Arabic, on the basis of students’ prior knowledge and skills. |
Contents | Focus will be put on two major tuition lines: 1) acquisition of grammar notions; 2) an introduction to economic and legal language. |
Textbook and course materials | Textbooks for attending and non-attending students: |
Course objectives | Knowledge and understanding. Students shall demonstrate that they have knowledge and understanding founded on the study of the notions and topics included in the syllabus. On the basis of prior competence in Arabic language, beginners shall demonstrate the achievement of competence in at least A1/A2 levels within the CEFR, whilst non-beginners are supposed to achieve competence in B1/B2 levels within the CEFR. |
Prerequisites | The course is for beginners and non-beginners. Non-beginners are requested A1/A2 levels within the CEFR, which will be tested during an interview. |
Teaching methods | Teaching activities will be structured as follows: 36 hours of frontal teaching method; at least 18 teaching hours will be devoted to in-classroom exercise focusing on the reading and analysis of economic and legal texts. |
Evaluation methods | The exam consists in an oral assessment. |
Other information | Further teaching activities include lessons held by a professional mother-tongue “C.E.L.” (linguistic expert) and seminars. |
