Contenuti | Il corso è indirizzato a fornire al discente le conoscenze necessarie a comprendere la disciplina civilistica del peculiare fenomeno dei social networks, quali ambienti digitali riconducibili non soltanto a regole di fonte legislativa o contrattuale, ma ad un insieme di regole giuridiche di origine tecnica in grado di incidere in termini di effettività sui rapporti privati. Lo studente sarò introdotto alla conoscenza del problema della natura degli accordi conclusi tra i gestori del social web e gli utenti, nonché a quello relativo alla negoziabilità degli attributi esistenziali della persona umana mediante il riconoscimento di un contratto di scambio di licenze d’uso di beni immateriali. |

Prerequisiti | Non sono previste propedeuticità. Si richiede tuttavia una conoscenza approfondita dei contenuti dell’esame di “Diritto privato”. |

Contents | The course is aimed at providing the learner with the knowledge necessary to understand the civil discipline of the peculiar phenomenon of social networks, such as digital environments attributable not only to rules of legislative or contractual source, but to a set of legal rules of technical origin able to affect in terms of effectiveness on private relationships.The student will be introduced to the knowledge of the problem of the nature of the agreements concluded between the managers of the social web and users, as well as that relating to the negotiability of the existential attributes of the human person through the recognition of a contract for the exchange of licenses for the use of intangible assets. |

Course objectives | Knowledge and understanding. The student must demonstrate at least a sufficient knowledge of the topics indicated in the program (knowledge and understanding).Applied knowledge and understanding. The student must demonstrate critical skills in the acquisition of knowledge of social networks as phenomena with a difficult legal framework. Making judgements. The student will have to demonstrate critical skills with respect to the crisis of the law of staual source and the progressive spread of a global law. Communication skills.
