| Testi di riferimento | Curtin D., Foley K., Sen K., Morin C., Marengo A., Pagano A., Informatica di base, 7ª ed., Pearson. ISBN: 9788838615375. |
| Obiettivi formativi | L'INSEGNAMENTO SI PONE L'OBIETTIVO DI FORNIRE AI DISCENTI GLI ELEMENTI |
| Prerequisiti | Nessuno |
| Metodi didattici | Esercitazioni di laboratorio (1 CFU). |

| Course objectives | THE GOAL OF THE COURSE IS TO PROVIDE THE STUDENTS THE MAIN ELEMENTS NEEDED TO UNDERSTAND GENERAL ASPECTS OF COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND THEIR APPLICATION TO THE FIELD OF INTEREST OF THE CURRICULUM, WITH A SPECIAL FOCUS ON |
| Prerequisites | None |
| Teaching methods | Laboratory exercises (1 ECTS credit). |
| Assessment methods | The examination may be taken in oral or written form, at the student's discretion. A self-assessment test (with an answer key) is available in the "Learning Materials" section. The oral examination consists of no fewer than three questions. The written test, to be carried out within 60 minutes, consists of 20 multiple-choice questions and one open-ended question. To determine the final grade, the following elements are relevant: to report a grade not lower than 18/30, the student must demonstrate a basic (sufficient) knowledge of the teaching contents in relation to the descriptors; to report a grade between 22/30 and 24/30, the student must demonstrate a fully sufficient knowledge of the teaching contents in relation to the descriptors; to report a grade between 25/30 and 26/30, the student must demonstrate a good knowledge of the teaching contents in relation to the descriptors; to report a grade between 28/30 and 29/30, the student must demonstrate a very good knowledge of the teaching contents in relation to the descriptors; to obtain a score from 30/30 to 30/30 cum laude, the student must demonstrate an excellent knowledge of all the topics covered during the teaching activity. For attending students, the final grade also takes into account active participation in lectures, exercises and individual or group work. This incidence may vary depending on the type of activity and is decisive for awarding the highest grade. For students who do not attend the teaching activity, the final grade is determined on the basis of the correspondence between the results of the oral or written examination and the descriptors of the "Learning outcomes" indicated above. |
