Obiettivi formativi | Lo studente dovrà dimostrare di aver acquisito contenuti minimi rispetto ai successivi punti 1 e 2, nell’ambito dei risultati indicati: |
Prerequisiti | All’inizio delle attività lo studente deve avere una formazione di cultura generale tale da poter affrontare lo studio delle problematiche giuridiche in un contesto italiano e internazionale. |
Metodologie didattiche | Didattica frontale, seminari di approfondimento, gruppi di studio e di dibattito sui principali temi del programma. |
Metodi di valutazione | La valutazione dello studente viene svolta in maniera integrata dai Docenti titolari di ciascun modulo. La votazione finale è espressa in trentesimi - in considerazione degli Obiettivi formativi a cui è finalizzato ciascun modulo - la stessa sarà il risultato della media tra i punteggi ottenuti in ciascuna prova relativamente al singolo modulo. |

Contents | The course of Convergence Between Legal Systems is an Integrated Course, organised in two modules: |
Textbook and course materials | With regard to Comparative public law module: |
Course objectives | The student shall demonstrate to have acquired minimum contents compared to the following points 1 and 2, within the results indicated: |
Prerequisites | At the beginning of the course the student must have a good level of general education such as to face the study of legal problems in an Italian and international context. |
Teaching methods | Lectures, seminars, exercises, study groups and debates on the main themes of the programme. |
Evaluation methods | The evaluation of the student is carried out in an integrated manner with both Professors. The final grade of the exam is expressed in grades from 1 to 30 taking into consideration the “Training objectives” of each module and it is the result of the average between the scores obtained in each test relative to the single module. |
Other information | During the lectures and seminars, the Docent can use slides and other multimedia and /or audio-visual materials as didactic support. |
