Obiettivi formativi | Il Corso ha come obiettivo la comprensione del quadro istituzionale e regolamentare dell’attività di impresa nel settore turistico, nonché il consolidamento degli strumenti metodologici e le conoscenze di base degli istituti di diritto commerciale presupposti dai temi principali dell’insegnamento. A tal fine lo studente deve: |
Prerequisiti | Per affrontare lo studio dei contenuti dell’insegnamento è opportuno che lo studente abbia acquisito conoscenza degli istituti principali del Diritto privato (spec. obbligazioni e contratti); degli istituti principali del Diritto commerciale (spec. impresa, impresa commerciale, società di capitali, in particolare società per azioni). |
Metodologie didattiche | Lezioni frontali (60% ca. delle ore previste), esercitazioni (20% ca.), attività seminariali, analisi di casi giurisprudenziali, lavori di gruppo (circa 20% ca.). |
Metodi di valutazione | La valutazione dello studente prevede una prova orale nella quale vengono proposti quesiti attinenti a profili generali e specifici concernenti i “Contenuti” sopra elencati. |

Course objectives | The course aims is the comprehension of the institutional and regulatory framework of business activity in the tourism sector, as well as the consolidation of methodological tools and the basic knowledge of commercial law institutes presupposed by the main themes of the course. To this end, the student must: |
Prerequisites | To address the study of the course contents it is important that the student has acquired knowledge of the main institutions of private law (in particular, obligations and contracts) and commercial law (in particular, business, commercial enterprise, corporations, companies shares). |
Teaching methods | Lectures (about 60% of the scheduled hours), exercises (approx. 20%), seminar activities, case law analysis, work group (about 20% approx.). |
Evaluation methods | The student's evaluation includes an oral exam about questions relating to general and specific profiles concerning the "Contents" of the course. |
Other information | Additional readings or alternative programs can be agreed directly with the professor on the basis of the individual interests and needs that emerged during the lessons. |
