Contenuti | L'insegnamento è finalizzato allo studio ed all’approfondimento dei principi costituzionali in materia tributaria, anche attraverso l'interpretazione giurisprudenziale della Corte Costituzionale. |

Contents | The teaching is aimed at studying and deepening the constitutional principles in tax matters, also through the case law interpretation of the Constitutional Court. In particular, the constitutional duties in tax matters are the main topics of study. The ability to pay principle, the principle of trust and good governance, the principle of legality and the legal reserve are also analyzed. The presupposed constitutional principles of the fiscal autonomy of local authorities and the relationship between Constitutional law and Community law, as well as procedural constitutional principles, are examined in depth. |
