Contenuti | Acquisire le conoscenze fondamentali del diritto private dell’ambiente, con particolare riguardo ai profili di argomentazione e giustificazione delle decisioni, in tema di oggetto, soggetti e forme di tutela. |

Contents | Acquire the fundamental knowledge of private environmental law, with particular regard to the argumentation and justification profiles of decisions, in terms of subject matter, subjects and forms of protection. |

Course objectives | Knowledge and understanding. The student must demonstrate at least sufficient knowledge of the topics indicated in the programme (knowledge and understanding). |

Teaching methods | Lectures and interactive lectures (36 hours). |
Evaluation methods | The following assessment criteria apply when formulating the final assessment: - Failure to pass the examination: the candidate does not achieve any of the results described under 'Expected learning outcomes'; - 18 to 21: Sufficient level. The candidate achieves, in particular, the results described under 'knowledge and understanding'; - 22 to 24: Level fully sufficient. The candidate achieves, in particular, the learning outcomes stipulated under 'knowledge and understanding' and 'applied knowledge and understanding'; - 25 to 26: Good level. The candidate achieves the learning outcomes stipulated at the points 'knowledge and understanding', 'applied knowledge and understanding' and 'independent judgement'; - 27 to 29: Very good level. The candidate achieves the learning outcomes set out at the points 'knowledge and understanding', 'knowledge and understanding applied', 'autonomy of judgement', and 'communication skills'; - 30 to 30 cum laude: Excellent level. The candidate fully achieves the learning outcomes expected at the points 'knowledge and understanding', 'knowledge and understanding applied', 'autonomy of judgement', 'communication skills' and 'ability to learn'. |
